Project Details

  • Renovation and addition to the Famous Fox Theater
  • Challenge - working around tight spaces while keeping the historic aspects of the Fox Theater
  • Added 30 ton VRF system with outside air unit
  • Replaced chilled water air handling units
  • Installed chilled water piping, refrigerant piping and steam piping
  • DDC Controls
