Sluss+Padgett has been awarded the renovation of one of the few historic high-rise buildings remaining in Downtown Macon. The building formally served as a bankers insurance building and will be transformed into a 94-room hotel, with commercial and retail space. Sluss+Padgett will installing the complete HVAC system & controls.
